The location is convenient, close to Historic Buildings, the beach, and the entrance to Cliff Walk. I stumbled upon International Pocket Cafe, about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, and enjoyed their pastries.

I loved the room, especially the king-size bed - super comfy! Breakfast on the deck was just perfect, and the staff were so kind and friendly. the location here is awesome, easy to get around, and the area is quite nice as well. 🌞

We appreciated this quaint and pretty standard hotel and stayed here for 3 nights. The room was huge and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable. The room had central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. The location was peaceful, close to all attractions, convenient to go everywhere.

Great room. Lovely Victorian style with spacious and clean accommodations. The lounge was comfortable and the continental breakfast, although basic, was served there. Convenient location close to Middletown beach and Newport. Friendly and helpful staff.
Misleading description as "full breakfast" and pictures of hot breakfast food, but only provided continental. The room lacked carpeting, which made it extremely noisy, with sound carrying from other rooms.

Got a nice upgrade to a big and open king room with a comfy sofa - so fancy! Having a safe, TV, and a microwave in the room was super handy 🙌. The location here is spot-on, making the stay really chill and enjoyable.
